Complete Genome Sequence of a Multidrug-Resistant, blaNDM-1-Expressing Klebsiella pneumoniae K66-45 Clinical Isolate from Norway.

ABSTRACT: Multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae is a major cause of hospital-acquired infections. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of the multidrug-resistant, blaNDM-1-positive strain K. pneumoniae K66-45, isolated from a hospitalized Norwegian patient.
