This paper describes the measurement and analysis of <i>in vivo</i> activity and stability of cyclohexanone monooxygenase from <i>Acinetobacter</i> sp. NCIMB 9871 (CHMO), a model Baeyer-Villiger monooxygenase, in the recombinant host <i>Escherichia coli</i>.
