<h4>Objectives</h4>Multiomics study was conducted to elucidate the crucial molecular mechanisms of primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS) pathology.<h4>Methods</h4>We generated multiple data set from well-defined patients with SS, which includes whole-blood transcriptomes, serum proteomes and peripheral immunophenotyping.
