In this study, we analyzed the antimicrobial activities of poly-<i>N</i>-isopropylacrylamide (pNIPAM)-based polymeric nanoparticles encapsulating silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Three sizes of AgNP-encapsulating pNIPAM- and pNIPAM-NH<sub>2</sub>-based polymeric nanoparticles were fabricated.
