A human-cultured alveolar bone-derived periosteal (hCP) sheet is an osteogenic grafting material used clinically in periodontal regenerative therapy, while platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), a platelet concentrate with fibrin clot, is considered to augment the wound healing process.
