ABSTRACT:

Background

Patient's satisfaction occurs when patients feel their needs and expectations are being meet by the service delivery they receive in health institutions. The Objective of this research was to assess HIV/AIDS patients' satisfaction with antiretroviral therapy service delivery and its associated factors at Midre - Genet hospital, Northwest Tigray, Ethiopia.

Methods

Institutional based cross-sectional study was conducted. Four hundred twenty study respondents were selected using systematic random sampling technique. Data was collected using pretested, structured interview questionnaire.
