Using next-generation immunoglobulin (<i>IGH</i>) sequencing and flow cytometry, we characterized the composition, diversity and dynamics of non-malignant B cells in patients undergoing treatment with the Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor ibrutinib or chemo-immunotherapy with fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab (FCR).
