Aberrant kinases contribute to cancer survival and proliferation. Here, we quantitatively characterized phosphoproteomic changes in an HBx-transgenic mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using high-resolution mass spectrometry, profiled 22,539 phosphorylation sites on 5431 proteins.
