The diversity in root chemicals and evolutionally neutral DNA regions in the complex of <i>Ligularia duciformis</i>, <i>L. kongkalingensis</i>, and <i>L. nelumbifolia</i> (the d/k/n complex) was studied using eight samples collected in central and northern Sichuan Province of China.
