Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma, though rare, is the most common gastrointestinal malignancy in children. Signs and symptoms are nonspecific, and include abdominal pain, nausea, emesis, and a palpable abdominal mass. Imaging is therefore typically required to differentiate gastrointestinal lymphoma from other abdominal conditions.
