We examined whether advertisements from two national tobacco control campaigns targeting adolescents (i.e., <i>The Real Cost</i>, <i>Fresh Empire</i>) and one campaign targeting adults (i.e., <i>Tips from Former Smokers</i>) were reaching adolescents.
