A 48-year-old man with a history of cerebral infarction presented with gross hematuria. The patient's limping accompanies twisting trunk on his walking. The diagnosis was right upper ureteral stone. Prior to Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) ureteral stent was inserted. After the second ESWL ureteral stent was displaced upwardly without patient's unknown.
