ABSTRACT: This network meta-analysis assessed the efficacy of abaloparatide versus other treatment options to reduce the risk of fractures in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis. The analysis indicates that abaloparatide reduces the risk of fractures in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis versus placebo and compared with other treatment options.
