Draft Genomic Sequences of Campylobacter coli Isolates from Chicken Carcasses.

ABSTRACT: Campylobacter bacteria are one of the leading causes of bacterial foodborne illnesses in the United States. Here, we report the draft genomic sequences of eight Campylobacter coli isolates from chicken carcasses, including virulence factors and antibiotic resistance.
