<b>Background:</b> Leri-Weill dyschondrosteosis (LWD) is a pseudoautosomal form of skeletal dysplasia, characterized by abnormal craniofacial phenotype, short stature, and mesomelia of the upper and lower limbs. <b>Methods:</b> We describe two female patients with LWD.
