A direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dc-ELISA) was developed for determination of anilinopyrimidine fungicide mepanipyrim in vegetables. Two derivatives of mepanipyrim and mepanipyrim propanol type metabolite which carried carboxy acid were synthesized and conjugated with keyhole limpet hemocyanin.
