This study aimed at evaluating the effect of successive grinding and sieving processes on the physicochemical properties of powders obtained from <i>Boscia senegalensis</i> seeds<i>, Dichostachys glomerata</i> fruits and <i>Hibiscus sabdariffa</i> calyxes.
