Draft Genome Sequences of 12 Histophilus somni Strains Isolated from Feedlot Cattle in Alberta, Canada.

ABSTRACT: Histophilus somni is a Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen associated with respiratory disease in cattle. Here, we report the draft genome sequences of 12 Histophilus somni strains isolated from feedlot cattle in Alberta, Canada, which were diagnosed with respiratory disease.
