The <i>ANKS1B</i> gene was a top finding in genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of antipsychotic drug response. Subsequent GWAS findings for <i>ANKS1B</i> include cognitive ability, educational attainment, body mass index, response to corticosteroids and drug dependence.
