ABSTRACT: This research aimed at gaining insight into the behavioural dimensions of projects by recognizing the social capital and the ability of project leaders to incorporate knowledge. The concept and three dimensions of social capital theory, namely structural, relational and cognitive, serve as the basis of the design in this research.
