Complete Genome Sequence of Cotton Leafroll Dwarf Virus Isolated from Cotton in Texas, USA.

ABSTRACT: Cotton leafroll dwarf virus (CLRDV; genus, Polerovirus; family, Luteoviridae) was first described in Alabama. In this study, we present the complete genome (5,865 nucleotides) sequence of a CLRDV isolate (CS4) that was collected from cotton during the 2019 growing season in Texas.
