Targeting BCL-X<sub>L</sub> via PROTACs is a promising strategy in reducing BCL-X<sub>L</sub> inhibition associated platelet toxicity. Recently, we reported potent BCL-X<sub>L</sub> PROTAC degraders that recruit VHL or CRBN E3 ligase.
