Pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis (PCH) is a rare cause of pulmonary hypertension (PH) associated with poor prognosis. Clinically, it is characterized by severe hypoxemia, centrilobular ground-glass opacities on computed tomography, and pulmonary congestion triggered by pulmonary vasodilating therapy.
