The bamboo aphids, <i>Pseudoregma</i> spp., are the commonest insect pests found in ornamental bamboos throughout southeastern Asia. In this study, the mitochondrial genome of a representative of <i>Pseudoregma bambucicola</i> isolated from the bamboo <i>Bambusa multiplexcv</i> in Guizhou of China was determined through Illumina MiSeq platform.
