ABSTRACT: Protein phosphorylation is a crucial post-translational modification that plays an important role in the regulation of cellular signaling processes. Site-specific quantitation of phosphorylation levels can help decipher the physiological functions of phosphorylation modifications under diverse physiological statuses.
