A seven immune-related lncRNA signature predicts the survival of patients with colon adenocarcinoma.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to explore immune-related lncRNAs for predicting the overall survival of patients with colon adenocarcinoma. RNA-sequencing data were downloaded from the TCGA data portal. The immune-related lncRNAs with differential expression were identified with Cox and LASSO regression analysis.
