<i>Pseuderanthemum haikangense</i> (Acanthaceae) is a shrubs native to Guangdong, Hainan, Yunnan province of China. In this study, we report and characterize the complete plastome sequence of <i>P. haikangense</i> in order to provide genomic resources helpful for promoting its conservation and medicinal utilization.
