The complete mitochondrial genome of Celypha flavipalpana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) from Southeast Tibet of China.


ABSTRACT: The complete mitogenome of Celypha flavipalpana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) was sequenced, assembled and annotated. The genome has a circular genome of 15,691bp in length, with 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs, and a control region. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that Trichinidae is a monophyletic group and Celypha (C. flavipalpana) as sister of the genus Phiaris (P. dolosana).
