Identifying patients at high risks of developing postoperative morbidity is important to improve perioperative outcomes. We sought to define the accuracy of two objective and non-invasive serological-based scores, i.e., albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) and aspartate transaminase-to-platelet ratio index (APRI), to predict postoperative morbidity among patients undergoing hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and build up a personalized predictive tool for clinical practice.Methods
