Draft Genome Sequence of Comamonas jiangduensis Strain YW1T.

ABSTRACT: Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Comamonas jiangduensis strain YW1T (= DSM 100319T = CSUR Q1714T = CCTCC AB 2012033T  =  KACC 16697T). Comamonas jiangduensis is a new Comamonas species that was isolated from agricultural soil. The genome sequence from strain YW1T has been assembled into 322 contigs for a total size of 2,758,586 bp with a G+C content of 59.1%.
