The complete mitochondrial genome of an endangered triton snail <i>Charonia lampas</i> (Littorinimorpha: Charoniidae) from South Korea was determined with the size of 15,330 bp, which contained 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, and two rRNAs.
