The adsorption mechanism of small positively charged silica nanoparticles (SiO<sub>2</sub> NPs) onto larger polystyrene latex nanoparticles (PSL NPs) forming hybrid particles was studied. CryoTEM showed the morphology of these supraparticles to be raspberry-like.
