TAFRO syndrome presenting as intrahepatic cholangitis on autopsy.

ABSTRACT: Elevation of ALP is an abnormal feature in TAFRO syndrome, but the cause is unknown. This article is the first report that histologically showed intrahepatic cholangitis may be the cause of ALP elevation in TAFRO syndrome.
