Negatively impacting the aesthetics of the face, nasal deformities can be attributed to many congenital or acquired causes, of which muscular hypertrophy is uncustomary. In this article, we narrate a case of a 26-year-old woman with a prominently wide mid-vault, in addition to other abnormalities of the nose.
