We evaluated the <i>in vitro</i> activities of oxazolidinone antibiotics, including linezolid, sutezolid, and delpazolid, against clinical nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) isolates. Regardless of macrolide resistance, for Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium intracellulare, and Mycobacterium kansasii, sutezolid showed the lowest MIC and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) values among oxazolidinone antibiotics.
