<i>Ocimum kilimandscharicum</i> Gurke commonly known as Camphor Basil, is a medicinal plant species that belongs to the Lamiaceae family. Here, the sequencing and characterization of complete chloroplast genome sequence of <i>O. kilimandscharicum</i> is reported for the first time using Illumina paired-end sequencing data.
