Ataxic gait.

ABSTRACT: Ataxia as the main complaint in a young patient prompts to diagnose neurodegenerative diseases. Not all ataxias are irreversible. We present a video of a patient in the clinic with ataxia diagnosed as subacute combined degeneration of the cord.
