Eosinophilic Myocarditis Secondary to T-Cell Lymphoma Complicated by Left Ventricular Thrombus and Tear.


ABSTRACT: We describe a 54-year-old male in whom eosinophilic myocarditis secondary to T-cell lymphoma complicated by bilateral ischemic stroke was diagnosed. The source, identified as an apical tear with thrombus formation, was revealed by transthoracic echocardiography. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).
