The complete chloroplast genome of <i>Aristolochia delavayi</i> was determined in this study. The chloroplast genome consists of 160,344 bp, with a typical circular structure including a pair of inverted repeats of 25,454 bp separated by a large single-copy region and a small single-copy region of 89,502 and 19,795 bp, respectively.
