Lemon (<i>Citrus limon</i>) has antioxidant, immunoregulatory, and blood lipid-lowering properties. This study aimed to determine the effect of the lemon fermented product (LFP) which is lemon fermented with <i>Lactobacillus</i> OPC1 to prevent obesity.
