Elimination of suppressive T cells may enable and enhance cancer immunotherapy. Here, we demonstrate that the cell membrane protein SLAMF7 was highly expressed on immunosuppressive CD8<sup>+</sup>CD28<sup>-</sup>CD57<sup>+</sup> Tregs in multiple myeloma (MM).
