Anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive (ALK+) anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by expression of the oncogenic NPM/ALK fusion protein. When resistant or relapsed to front-line chemotherapy, ALK+ ALCL prognosis is very poor.
