Complete Genome Sequences of Enterovirus D68 Clade A and D Strains in the Philippines.

ABSTRACT: Complete genome sequences were determined for 4 clade A and 12 clade D enterovirus D68 strains detected in nasopharyngeal swabs from children with acute respiratory illness in the Philippines. These sequence data will be useful for future epidemiological monitoring, including watching for viral evolution.
