Physicochemical properties, oil content, and fatty acids (FAs) composition are key for determining the value of oil crops. The aim of this study was to illustrate the potential of exploiting <i>A. trifoliata</i> as an edible oil crop, and establish a rapid measurement model for the <i>A. trifoliata</i> seeds oil (ASO) content and composition.
