Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (NLH) is a lymphoproliferative disease caused by non-clonal expansion of lymphoid cells in the gut mucosa. Little is known about the pathogenesis of NLH, which is often disregarded as an insignificant or para-physiologic phenomenon.
