High-throughput experimentation (HTE) methods are central to modern medicinal chemistry. While many HTE approaches to C-N and Csp<sup>2</sup> -Csp<sup>2</sup> bonds are available, options for Csp<sup>2</sup> -Csp<sup>3</sup> bonds are limited.
