<i>Crataegus bretschneideri</i> Schneid., with an unclear phylogenic position, is mainly distributed in northeast and inner mongolia area of China. In this study, the complete chloroplast genome sequence of <i>C. bretschneideri</i> was determined by using Illumina high-throughput sequencing method.
