Perianal Crohn's Disease (pCD) is a common manifestation of Crohn's Disease. Absence of reliable disease measures makes disease monitoring unreliable. Qualitative MRI has been increasingly used for diagnosing and monitoring pCD and has shown potential for assessing response to treatment.
