The pharmacological inhibition of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) is efficient for the treatment of inflammatory and pain-related diseases. Numerous potent sEH inhibitors (sEHIs) present adamantyl or phenyl moieties, such as the clinical candidates AR9281 or EC5026.
