Antioxidation and adjustable treatment strategies are critical for the effective treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Here, we design a dual-targeted Prussian blue nanoformulation (PTCN) that can cross the blood-brain barrier and target amyloid beta aggregates further exert antioxidant effects.
